The folding awning system is a system produced for use in larger areas in winter gardens, hotels, restaurants, cafes and patisseries. Regardless of the weather conditions, it will not rust, crack or cause any disruption in its operation. It does not harm the architectural appearance outdoors.

Our folding awning products are produced from aluminum profiles. The system and the LED lights in the system are controlled by a remote control. LED lights are hidden inside aluminum profiles. There is a groove system on the front of the product. In addition, during the assembly of the system, stainless inox connection bolts and parts were used, and the system was designed for completely trouble-free operation.

The operation of the system is ensured by folding and pulling back the awning above it at a certain speed. If desired, the sun can be blocked or the sun can be used.

Folding Awning System is a completely safe, durable and watertight system. The fabrics used have blackout properties, are fireproof and are not affected by the sun.

FOLDABLE AWNING SYSTEM SIDE SERIES 150 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1) Rail awning system fabric PVC based - Three-layer Black-Out fabric 2)The total weight of the fabric is 850/m2/kg. It maintains its properties between -30 °C/+70 °C. (DIN 53361)

4) The fabric is waterproof, non-corrosive, light-proof and flame retardant.
5) Fabric and roving combinations are manufactured with a HF high frequency 25 KW fully automatic welding machine.
6) The system is designed to withstand 15cm snow load and wind intensity 6 on the Bofor scale.
7) Engine remote control safe RTS technology works even behind a reinforced concrete wall thanks to the long-range antenna integrated into the engine.
8) The system works via remote control radio signal. Modulation type AM 433–92 Mhz TGM approved frequency band and CE certified transceiver (synchronized) are used.
9) Each module consists of 3 carrier axles with mechanisms. Carrier Rail axle profiles are 6060 hydr norwegian origin thermal 12 aluminum with honeycomb braid and dimensions of 81x150x2.5mm. (STANDARD RAIL)
10) Rain drainage Corrugated front beam profiles are made of 6060 hydr norwegian origin thermal 12 aluminum with cross-sectional dimensions of 150mm x 150mm x 2.5mm.
11) The carrier foot profiles are 6060 hydr norwegian origin thermal 12 aluminum with cross-sectional dimensions of 130mm x 90mm x 2.5mm.
12) Hidden LEDs are used in aluminum cornices.
13) Rail awning system movement is provided by T10 timing belt (steel supported).
14) Electrostatic powder painting is applied.
15) Water and Wind proof seals are used on the aluminum system and fabric joint surfaces.
16) T10 timing belt tensioner box has an easy-to-access, opening lid suitable for adjustment.
17) Drop water-tight water collection silicone elastic dust cover and channels are applied to the system channels on the BLACK-OUT membrane.
18) When the system is closed, an 85 cm protection roof made of trapezoidal sheet metal is built in the fabric collection area.
19) Metal construction. Galvanized coated with electrostatic paint. 20) The running roof axles, starting and locomotive, have 62x80 mm sections, and the intermediate axles have 62mmx45mm sections.
21) A pair of walking wheels is attached to each axle.
22) The system is designed to suit four-season conditions. The system can be closed with aluminum joinery on the sides and a glass system on the floors.
23) The mechanism has a 2-year warranty, the remote-controlled motor has a 2-year warranty, and the black-out fabric has a 2-year warranty.
AWNING USER INSTRUCTIONS
1) In rainy weather, the awning should be opened completely to the rear or closed completely to the front. It should never be left halfway.
2) The remote control must be used by authorized personnel.
3) Since the awning motor is self-protected, it protects itself when it gets hot. The motor continues to work again after it cools down. Unnecessary use should be avoided.
4) Do not use chemical liquids during cleaning, use a damp cloth.
5) If the awning is stretched forward during snowfall, it should remain that way. Never tighten it towards the back. Snow accumulated on the system should be cleaned without using any cutting or drilling tools.
6) Use the awning electrical network separately. It is recommended to connect a separate regulator to the line coming from the mains. Malfunctions that may occur due to high and low voltage are out of warranty for electronic products.
7) Check the water gutter drain holes frequently. If they become clogged, the water will not drain. After the awning installation, no one other than the authorized person should interfere with the awning. 8) After the awning installation, no one other than the authorized person should interfere with the awning.
NOTE: In cases where the awning does not comply with the operating instructions, the system is out of warranty.
