Thanks to the folding movement of the glass lamellae, the exterior of the lamellae can be cleaned from the inside without having to go to the roof. Aluminum parts are colored with electrostatic oven paint; Application can be made in any color desired. It is long-lasting thanks to electrostatic oven paint. ASPENDOS GLASS SERIES BIOCLIMATE ROLLING ROOF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
1) THE SLAVES USED IN THE SYSTEM ARE USED AS 4+12+4 CONFOR HYBRID GLASS TEMPERED. SYSTEM WIDTH IS 300 CM MAXIMUM.
2) Aluminum profiles used in the system are 6063 – T6 F25 (7580 Briner Hardness).
3) The most important feature of the system is that the lamellas are corrugated within themselves to prevent dust, water, etc. dirt on the upper part from falling down during the movement of the lamellas.
4) The system can be mounted flat or inclined when necessary. Since there are grooves on 4 sides, water intake is prevented without any inclination. Water is drained from the front foot profiles.
5) The panels work axially and have the ability to retract when desired. (This feature is important in terms of providing ventilation and shading at the same time)
6) Thanks to the glass lamellas used in the system, it provides full transparency in the space.
7) Metal accessories are first galvanized and then painted with electrostatic oven paint. The lamellas move easily and silently thanks to 608 ZZ stainless bearings.
8) Panels must be able to be opened axially at a minimum angle of 100 degrees. (Important to block sunlight coming from the facade)
9) The opening and closing movement of the ceiling cover can be used with a remote control and optional Android or Apple control. (Optional rain, sun and wind sensors provide 4-season comfort.
10) All aluminum profiles are painted with electrostatic powder coating technology.
11) It moves with a T-10 timing belt between the engine and the moving mechanism.
12)The screws used in the system are chrome and stainless.
13) Flange application screws must be M8*80 Coated Steel dowels and galvanized coating. (To avoid damaging the floor insulation)
14) The wicks to be used in the system are EPDM heat resistant.
15) Sealing adhesive is used for water insulation.
16) The system to be used has a 2 (two) year engine and 2 year mechanical warranty.
17) Each system module consists of vertical and horizontal carrier profiles, vertical main carriers should be 128 * 170 * 3 and horizontal main carriers should be 128 * 170 * 3 mm.
